We’re a fast paced and dynamic Digital Marketing Agency, working to help stores grow! The CRM Manager would be responsible for customer insights and data analysis, customer segmentation and loyalty program management.
This is a fully remote position, so you can be from anywhere in the world!
Define and implement our CRM strategy, especially through our loyalty program to maximize our growth opportunity in ecommerce.
Segmentation & Personalization
– Conduct RFM analysis and define & implement our segmentation strategy based on customer engagement and lifecycle stages.
– Work closely with the Email Marketing Manager and share your segmentation analysis and insights to deliver the right message to our target audience.
– Deep dive into customer, campaign and channel data and identify growth opportunities across the channels.
– Working with the vendors, develop the data analytics tool and maintain the quality of data.
Loyalty Program Management
– Analyze the performance of the Loyalty Program (LoyaltyLion) and continuously improve our customer reward program to increase customer lifetime value.
– Create a technical roadmap and develop new loyalty program features and ensure that the strategic direction and scope will be aligned with the webstore development roadmap owned by Director of E-commerce
– Ensure that we have a robust content and creative strategy on the loyalty program platform that is consistent with the overall branding strategy.
