Job Description

About the Position:

We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and empathetic individual to assist in all aspects of the customer experience. This position will assist in addressing incoming customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, and educating our customers on our services. Customer communication will be through phone, email, and chat.

Candidates must have at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat application and/or call center setting with heavy call volume. See full list of requirements below.

Success in this position will be evaluated on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction, the ability to sell our services, and contribution to our company culture.

Hours are Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm Pacific time / 8:30am-5:30pm Mountain time (must live in one of those time zones).

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat application and/or call center setting with heavy call volume
  • Comfortable and experienced communicating with customers through web chat and the phone
  • Able to handle multiple chat sessions concurrently
  • Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Wants to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Has a strong understanding of customers’ needs
  • Empathetic to customer situations
  • Has strong work ethic with an attention to detail
  • Able to problem-solve customer challenges and present possible solutions
  • High school diploma or above

Compensation:

  • This is a full-time salaried position with set weekday hours
  • Starting pay will be commensurate with responsibilities and experience
