We are hiring a Customer Service Chat Supervisor to oversee our team of Chat Representatives responding to customer and prospect inquiries via the website. This individual will be responsible for helping drive sales that initiate over chat as well as answering current customer questions

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the team responsible for all customer and prospect interaction through online chat
  • Continuous review of the types of inquiries coming through chat, make recommendations for updates to scripted messages
  • Provides sales support to increase online sales by focusing on the customer’s needs
  • Overcome objections & solve prospective problems to convert leads into sales.
  • Build strong partnerships across supporting departments and operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date product, sales, and company knowledge.
  • Seeks to understand the customer’s needs to enable an effective consultation.
  • Investigate customer’s problems and find solutions to resolve issues.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Must be able to write and speak fluently in English
  • Schedule availability Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in supervising a team that includes chat support.
  • Understanding of metrics used for chat support and ability to help set and monitor those metrics
  • Expert ability to serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition
  • Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone, email and chat
