We currently have a very exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. Through living Thrive’s work mantra, you will work directly with the team leaders on the SEO and PPC teams to assist with administrative and support functions for the departments.
This is a full-time position with expected work hours between 8:30 am – 5:30 pm which offers you the opportunity to work remotely from home.

Experience in managing spreadsheets using Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tool
Basic knowledge of relational databases
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to drive initiatives and execute tasks effectively
Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Experience with providing customer service
Preparing/organizing important department documents
Assisting with setting up new client accounts
Assist department managers with administrative duties while responding in a timely manner
Work with Billing/Delivery teams to ensure client account changes are made
Perform data entry with the ability to locate and resolve data issues like missing, duplicate, and inaccurate data
Updating data within Google Sheets and AirTables
Provide clear and continuous communication internally
Be flexible and able to take on other tasks or projects that may be needed.
Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Information collection and tracking
Creatively seek ways to problem solve
Must be a great communicator and relationship-builder
Comfortable tracking time using time tracking software and attributing to the correct projects
