We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join our UK team.

Marketing is an integral part of the Customer Journey, which is why we’ve incorporated it in our local Customer Experience Teams. Our primary goal is to address prospects and customers in a targeted manner and get them intrigued by our award-winning Contact Centre Workforce Management solution injixo, while establishing sustainable customer relations. Marketing, Sales and Customer Success Experts collaborate closely in our interdisciplinary teams. We operate by applying agile and data-driven methodologies, new technologies, tools, and creative ideas.

How you will contribute:

  • Generate a constant stream of high quality sales leads at the Consideration and Decision stages of the buyer’s journey
  • Further develop our existing Inbound Marketing Strategy for the UK market and optimise conversion rates for all stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Create original and insightful content tailored to our target market
  • Deliver content via relevant channels (such as our website, landing pages, blog, newsletter and social media)
  • Identify trending topics, write and localise articles and manage external contributors for the injixo blog
  • Evaluate, plan and execute in-house and external events and grow our network of media partners, online and offline
  • Actively contribute towards our open and team-focused culture
  • Regularly leave your comfort zone, learn something new every day and join us in the use of lean principles and continuous improvement
