Bustle is seeking remote, part-time reporters to cover Health & Wellness for our Lifestyle vertical. Day-to-day responsibilities include pitching and writing original reported health stories (both short turnaround and longer lead), second-day news follow-ups, and cultural analysis about wellness, reproductive health, sexual health, sleep, nutrition, and fitness. This reporter will also be responsible for conducting interviews for Q&As and as-told-tos. A passion for and understanding of broader issues affecting young people, like how race, socioeconomic status, spirituality, gender identity, and sexual orientation intersect with well-being, is crucial. A network of industry contacts and go-to experts is a plus.
