The ideal candidate will oversee the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities at our company, providing strategic direction and leading the team. This means recruitment, employee feedback, employee welfare/retention and happiness levels. This will be done by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and practices.
You won’t be handling payroll.
