The People Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring our client services talent possess the knowledge and job skills necessary to meet client expectations and deliver upon engagements. In this role, you would assist with training development and delivery, recruiting and hiring, managing employee performance and assessments, and implementing and upholding guidelines and our team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Retain and develop a team focused on our clients’ success
  • Manage individuals to achieve career goals in alignment with company goals
  • Lead, engage, and motivate the team to accomplish developmental and company goals
  • Actively drive the recruiting and hiring of the Client Services team
  • Coordinate training and development that fosters the team to be self-motivated, self-managed and cross-trained in skill sets to match the market demand
  • Coach team to maximize performance, foster collaboration and develop individual competencies
  • Provide feedback from project evaluations during regular one-on-one’s with team members
  • Ensure that quality and time management processes are followed by team (e.g., change controls, time tracking)
  • Assist with managing resource load and team responsibilities
  • Assist with managing the Client Services team margin and utilization

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience and 4 years of project/people management leadership experience, ideally managing a remote team
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience building, leading and motivating a high growth, fast paced services organization delivering successful projects in complex, technical situations within the SaaS software market
  • HCM knowledge and experience preferred
  • Experience in scoping, planning, developing service proposal and Statements of Work
  • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, resource management, issue tracking and budget management
  • Ability to travel as needed
