Reports to: Managing Director, Freddy Chanut

Works with: Entire In-house Growth Marketing team, Client Services Director

The Job Description

Summary

This role will be responsible for crafting strategy and implementing tactics to improve processes and solutions and to develop digital strategies focused on growing our client’s business using a range of channels.

The Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for leveraging a working knowledge of paid, organic and owned digital marketing channels, across with leading a fully remote team and managing customer relationships.

The Responsibilities

  • Plan and create a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels
  • Oversee existing campaigns and make recommendations on how to optimise them
  • Run and analyze different tests across campaigns (e.g. new ads, keywords, targeting, bidding strategies)
  • Develop and implement multi channel strategies which may include: multiple audiences across the display network
  • Develop bid management strategies to optimise ad position, cost per click and cost per conversion.
  • Provide regular periodic status reports tracking Biddable performance vs. forecast and competitors
  • Provide top line performance or in-depth performance analysis and recommendations on further account development
  • Ensure that the biddable performance is on track with any blockers/slippage escalated.
  • Take on daily performance checks and on-going optimisation/fixes to ensure strong performance.
  • Ensure a smooth client communication – picking up any ad hoc requests, answering arising questions
  • Work together with other team members, attend weekly meetings and planning sessions
  • Work with different channels across Search, Display, Video

The Ideal Candidate

This is a critical hands-on position with plenty of scope for development driving forward our efforts in this space and the ideal candidate has the demonstrated ability to ensure successful service delivery and build customer success.

Skills and Experience

  • In-depth PPC/ Media knowledge & significant experience running ad campaigns
  • Good knowledge of different engines and platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook & Instagram, Linkedin
  • Familiarity with marketing to the B2B audience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven experience/ ability to present information effectively to a range of audiences
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to lead multiple projects at the same time
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate
  • Ruthless focus on meeting time vs. budget objectives
