We are looking for an energetic sales-oriented person who believes that code has no accent, likes to work with a diverse team and builds relationships wherever they go.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Growing VanHack’s operations by bringing on new hiring partners by building relationships and developing trust-based partnerships with clients
  • Generating leads through emails, marketing, networking and calls (or through any other methods/ideas you have!)
  • Attending (and sometimes organizing) conferences, meetups and networking events to promote VanHack
  • Managing accounts of existing hiring partners and ensuring their needs are being met
  • Working directly with the Growth Team to determine growth strategies

Who you are:

  • You live in Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, or surround area
  • You have a strong network in Germany, Netherlands, Portugal in the technology or startup scene
  • You have a proven background in B2B Business Development
  • You have experience in the tech industry and are comfortable with tech lingo
  • You enjoy networking events and meetups
  • You are a strong public speaker and communicator
  • You are comfortable creating content for B2B inbound lead generation
  • You are willing to travel inside Europe, even though you will spend most of your time in your city/country

* Having experience in the community building is a big plus*
