Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with a technical mindset to join our growing product team. You will be working from home, for an international e-learning software company serving diverse audiences on bespoke platforms. Our proprietary technology has been developed through years of experience in the e-learning space.

What do we expect from the right candidate:

  • Good written and spoken English skills (Additional languages are a bonus but not essential)
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Work independently
  • To be a quick learner
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot
  • Efficiency in reporting
  • Experience in e-commerce software (especially Shopify)
  • Experience in system integration (nice to see)

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Technical Administrator will provide the necessary administration support to the department and across projects run by the product department. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Providing the required support to the product department
  • Supporting the department in research and analysis to meet the clients’ needs and objectives
  • Supporting the department in the implementation of new projects
  • Checking project elements against requirements 

Initially, we are looking for a candidate to work part-time with a possibility to extend to full- time at the end of the year.
